Los Tacos de Mi Abuela (My Grandmother’s Tacos) is born from a deep longing for the flavors and warmth of home that we left behind in Southern Mexico.
Every recipe is a faithful echo of the family kitchens where tortillas were patted by hand and the aroma of roasted chile filled the air.
This small business is, in essence, a treasure chest of memories: an attempt to revive the essence of our grandmother, who taught us that food is the purest language of love.
By recreating her tacos, with the distinctive touch of the roasted jalapeño she always placed on the table, we are not just offering a dish; we are sharing an intimate part of our history and keeping alive the tradition that connects us to our land.
Operating Los Tacos de Mi Abuela in this new country is an act of cultural resilience and a celebration. We know that distance threatens to dilute the richness of our culinary heritage, which is why we aim to be a beacon of authentic Mexican family food.
